When we spoke with Dion, we were able to better understand segregation, and the courage and bravery it took him to protest at a young age. He talked about his parents reaction when they found he was protesting. That interview, was our most important interview. After that interview, we knew more about Dion Diamond.

Trumpauer Mulholland, Joan. Civil Rights Activist Personal Interview. 1 May 2019.

When we interviewed Joan, we asked questions about Dion, and it helped us understand more about what Dion did when he wasn't protesting. She talked about the Non-Violent Action Group and we could understand more about that group. After we interviewed Joan we knew more about Dion and Joan.

This helped because there was an interview with Dion Damond on that website. That interview helped us because it helped us learn a lot more about Dion.
